 Hey! Thank so much for being interested in booking with Let's Lounge Lashes and More!  Before you book, here are a few very important instructions to read in order to avoid your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled!

• All lashes set appointments require a $50 nonrefundable deposit that goes toward your service. • All other service require a $25 nonrefundable deposit that also goes toward your service.
• Due to COVID-19, all clients are required to wear a face mask during the entire service in order to protect me and you! All implements and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected. I will also provide hand sanitizer at the beginning of your appointment.
• If you are sick or have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not book for at least 14 days.
• If you are booking a lash fill, please be sure to have at least 70% of your lash extensions remaining for a 1 or 2 week fill and 50% for a 3 week fill. After 3 weeks, anything less than 50%, or lashes done by another specialist you are required to book a full set and lash removal.
• If you want to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, reply to your confirmation email and your deposit will go towards your next service. You can only reschedule once per deposit!
• Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will result in the deposit being held as cancellation fee.

• There is a 10-minute grace period, after that a $10 charge is added. After 20 minutes appointment will be canceled, and deposit will be kept as cancellation fee. Service will be completed in appointment time allotted.

• No call, no shows will result in the full service being charged, and clients are unable to book until paid in full.

• This is a nonrefundable service. Please contact me within 24-48 hours after your appointment if you have any concerns.
